On-the-go health and fitness and health fanatics, you may want to consider staying fit at the W Hotel during your next stay in San Francisco. On September 18, the W San Francisco announced the launch of Fit, a futuristic fitness space and concept designed in collaboration with Tara Stiles, the founder and
owner of Strala Yoga.

Tara Stiles partnered with the W Hotels to create a high-energy movement system designed to “ignite freedom.” This non-traditional fitness concept comprises curated in-room workouts, exotic packages at glamorous W Retreats, and an updated and renamed gym space.

You can’t help but feel amped in this space, as it’s fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for cardio, strength training, Pilates and more. The best part? The Fit epicenter is a central seating structure and self-serve bar area with rings of color-changing light fixtures and equipment radiating around the perimeter. Some other cool features are murals and pulsating music that will that will surely transform your exercise from routine to exhilarating.
