Home Cuisine Fall in Love With Bluestem Brasserie’s New Brunch Menu

Bluestem Brasserie – the fab urban eatery in San Francisco’s Yerba Buena Gardens – has launched their fall brunch menu, and it’s the perfect way to celebrate the season.

Focusing on New American fare with California-Mediterranean and Northern African influences, Bluestem Brasserie has maintained a reputation for serving elegantly prepared, high-quality dishes in a picture-perfect urban setting.

Executive Chef John Griffiths’ fall brunch menu features versions of some of Bluestem’s most popular lunch and dinner items like fresh oysters and a cheese & charcuterie board, in addition to a number of specialty selections that will please even the most discerning brunch diner. There is truly something for everyone, including an array of savory options like the Croque Madame featuring rosemary ham and topped with a fried egg and aged Swiss cheese; or the Smoked Chicken & Delicata Squash Hash accompanied by a poached farm egg, covered in brown butter hollandaise. Guests with a sweet tooth will love the Ricotta Pancakes with pear country butter or the Caramelized French Toast topped with wild huckleberry syrup. Sweet and savory sensibilities are combined in one of the most popular brunch dishes- Chicken & Bacon Waffles, featuring Mary’s fried chicken and served with whipped maple cream cheese. Meat fanatics will fall in love with the Bluestem Brunch Burger, made with grass fed beef and topped with a fried egg, breakfast sausage, bacon and white cheddar cheese.

The fall brunch cocktail menu is also greatly inspired, offering customary morning libations like mimosas and bellinis, as well as creative spins on traditional brunch cocktails like the Monks Hot Chocolate made with Frangelico and Brandy or the remarkably delectable Bacon Bloody Mary made with bacon-infused vodka and house made pickle.

The dining room’s floor to ceiling windows make it the perfect place to people watch pedestrians on Yerba Buena Lane and Bluestem’s stellar service ensure you’re every need is met while enjoying your brunch experience.

Bluestem is open daily from 11AM – 11PM and brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11AM – 3PM.
