Healdsburg’s Five-Star Dining Serving up a Stylish Experience
Chef Dustin Valette has brought his dream to life with a restaurant that offers the rare trifecta of incredible food, stellar service and a happening ambiance. The concept of Valette Healdsburg began some 15 years ago amongst two brothers, Dustin Valette and Aaron Garzini over a glass of wine. The two dreamt of opening a restaurant that showcased all that Sonoma County has to offer. The restaurant would be located in downtown Healdsburg at the heart of Sonoma County. Today, Valette has grown to be a top restaurant destination in the food-driven town of Healdsburg, serving honest food, impeccable service, and house a collection of boutique wines.
For Valentine’s Day, Chef Valette has created a 5-Course Tasting Menu that includes Chilled Marin Oyster, Perigord Truffle Risotto, Maine Lobster & American Caviar, and Butter Roasted Filet Mignon. Dinner is $85.00 per person plus tax and gratuity; an optional wine pairing menu will be offered for an additional $55.00 per person. Reservations are available between 5:15pm and 9:30pm, and Valette requests a credit card number to hold this reservation. Sexy in San Francisco
Sultry is on the menu every day at RN74, and no doubt, Valentine’s Day will be a super sexy experience. Taking its name from the highway, Route Nationale 74 that runs directly through the Burgundy region of France, RN74 is a wine-centric French inspired restaurant founded by Michael Mina and Rajat Parr.
On Tuesday, February 14, RN74 will offer patrons a special Valentine’s Day prix fixe five-course tasting menu, including items such as Green Garlic Veloute & Crawfish Bisque, Lobster Thermidor and Morel Raviolo. Wine pairings selected by Sommelier David Castleberry are also available to complement the meal. The five-course dining experience will be offered throughout the night and costs $105 for the dinner and $85 for the optional wine pairings. An a la carte version of the five-course menu will be offered at the bar and in the lounge. RN74’s regular dinner and bar menu will not be available that night.
